Physiotherapist

Nick is from St. John’s, NL, where he graduated from Memorial University with a Bachelor of Kinesiology in 2017. While completing his studies he worked as a physiotherapy assistant and was a coach/trainer for the O'Donel boys basketball team. He went on to attend Dalhousie University where he completed his Masters of Science in Physiotherapy.

Nick places the upmost importance on continuing education and becoming the best physiotherapist he can be. He stays current with the latest research to provide the best available treatments to his patients.

Nick has completed his level 1 manual therapy exam with the orthopedic division of the CPA and is certified in Dry Needling Level 1 with Acupuncture Canada. He has further plans to take additional courses in these areas.

His treatment approach involves manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, dry needling, and education. He values creating meaningful relationships and aims to work collaboratively with his clients to develop a treatment plan that aligns with their goals and enables them to resume the activities/sports they enjoy recreationally or competitively.

In his spare time Nick enjoys running, resistance training, yoga, basketball, and hanging out with friends and family.
