Sarah Krzyszton

Physiotherapist

Sarah is our consulting physiotherapist who continues to manage her in person caseload at her home clinic Commonwealth Physiotherapy.

Sarah received her MSc in Physiotherapy from Glasgow Caledonian University. Prior to this she graduated from Memorial University with a BSc in Kinesiology. Sarah has enjoyed spending the majority of her career in private orthopedic clinics where she’s had the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the field.

Sarah has a wealth of experience treating all types injuries in the general public - this includes work related ailments, motor vehicle accidents, post-operative rehabilitation, and other common injuries. Being a bit of an athlete herself, Sarah’s special interest in sports injuries has led her to work with the likes of Scottish Premier League footballers.

After several years spent in the United Kingdom, Sarah is happy to be back in her home town of St. John’s, NL.
Outside of the clinic Sarah leads a fairly active lifestyle. She currently enjoys volleyball, lifting weights in the gym, and road cycling. When not on go she can be found at one of our local coffee shops or curled up on the couch with her dog Molly.
