Liz’s unique education background allows her to use a functional lens when approaching physiotherapy treatment. As a former athlete Liz is passionate about exercise and keeping people active throughout the lifespan. She views the client as the expert on their own life and strives to develop a treatment plan that best aligns with their goals and enables them to be active participants in their day to day lives.

Throughout her education journey Liz has experience working with people of all ages with complaints ranging from joint replacements, to sports injuries, to repetitive aches and pains. Liz additionally has experience with court side sports coverage and worked as a Student Physiotherapist at the North American Indigenous Games in 2023.

After several years on the mainland Liz is thrilled to be back to Newfoundland. Originally from Clarenville she is happy to be making St. John’s her new home. Outside of the clinic Liz loves anything active. She enjoys hiking, running, weightlifting, and fitness classes. When not on go she can be found baking, reading, and trying different coffee shops.
