PHYSIOTHERAPY

What is Physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy is the primary health care profession that promotes wellness, mobility, and independent function. Physiotherapists have advanced understanding of how the body moves, what keeps it from moving well, and how to restore mobility.  Physiotherapy is anchored in movement sciences and aims to enhance or restore the function of multiple body systems. A Physiotherapist is committed to health, lifestyle and improving the quality of life of their patients. This holistic approach incorporates a broad range of physical and physiological therapeutic interventions and aids.

We work with our clients to improve their quality of life by:

  • Promoting optimal mobility, health and wellness.

  • Preventing disease, injury, and disability.

  • Managing acute and chronic conditions.

  • Improving and maintaining optimal functional independence and performance.
